Your child's profile and history

Once you start your sponsorship payments, ChEd Nepal will send you a profile of your sponsored child and the child's family. Shortly after you receive the profile, we will also send you a letter from your sponsored child.

While you will be sent an electronic copy of the letter from the child, depending on her age, we may also need to send you an interpreted letter - English is not the first language of Nepali children but they will start to learn how to speak, read and write English in the mid stages of their schooling.

 

At the end of each school year, normally in April or May, ChEd Nepal will send you an update on your sponsored child. This will normally include photographs, a letter from your child and a school report from the child's principal so that you can monitor the progress of your sponsored child.
